2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open an account and use services on sonbet, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older ("For ages 21+").
  • You must be capable of entering into a legal agreement as a valid individual.
  • You are not a resident of any country or region where online gambling is prohibited by law.
  • You are placing bets in your own name and using your own funds.
  • Your account has not previously been suspended or closed for any reason.

sonbet is very strict about the participation of minors. If any user registers by providing a false age, their account will be immediately closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on sonbet, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts will be considered bonus abuse and all accounts will be closed.

3.2 Verification Responsibilities

For account verification, sonbet may request your identity document, proof of address, or other documents at any time. Completing identity verification before withdrawing funds may be mandatory. Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password secure. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact sonbet support immediately.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on sonbet is ৳300 (for each payment method). Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All transactions are secured through SSL encryption technology.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. sonbet generally processes withdrawal requests within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Third-Party Accounts Prohibited

Deposits and withdrawals must be made from the registered user's own account. Using third-party accounts is strictly prohibited. Violations of this rule may result in the transaction being cancelled and the account being suspended.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus up to a maximum of ৳15,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000; or depositing ৳32,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance will be ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. That means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing. The rate at which wagering requirements are fulfilled may vary for bets on certain games.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

  • Only one welcome bonus is available per account.
  • The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
  • Bonus balance can be used to bet on both sports betting and casino games (subject to applicable conditions).
  • Two active bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, sonbet reserves the right to investigate and suspend the account.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

The sonbet VIP program has four tiers. Through regular betting you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback benefits:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
  • Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
  • Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
  • Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

VIP tier changes are made based on regular assessments by sonbet. The terms and timeline for cashback payments are set by sonbet and may change. VIP benefits apply only to active accounts that are in good standing.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Validity of Bets

A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled. In the event of a technical error or unusual circumstances, sonbet reserves the right to cancel or re-evaluate a bet.

7.2 Maximum Win Limits

There may be limits on the maximum amount that can be won from a single bet on certain games or events. Contact the support team for details about limits.

7.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Placing bets using any software, bot, or automated method.
  • Attempting to manipulate or influence game outcomes.
  • Colluding with other users to abuse bonuses.
  • Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
  • Operating an account by providing false information.
